Server Upgrade Complete

This work has been completed and we are now running on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS and PHP 8.3 (we were previously on 22.04 LTS and PHP 8.1). Ubuntu 24.04 LTS will be supported until May 2029, and the PHP upgrade should help with some of the performance issues the site was having with Envira Gallery (it was specifically recommended by Envira Support).
